Preamble
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on maisonorvane.com, operated by Maison Orvane. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Article 1 — Products
All products are printed on demand. Each item is manufactured after order confirmation by a third-party production partner. Product images on the site are accurate representations, though slight colour variations may occur between screens and the final product.
Article 2 — Pricing
All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Maison Orvane reserves the right to update prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Article 3 — Orders
The ordering process is as follows:
- Select product(s) and size
- Review cart
- Enter shipping and payment details
- Confirm and pay
- Receive order confirmation by email
An order becomes binding upon receipt of the confirmation email. Maison Orvane reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or unresolved prior disputes.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is processed at the time of order via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.
All transactions are secured through Shopify Payments and SSL/TLS encryption.
Article 5 — Production & Delivery Times
Each product is manufactured to order after payment confirmation.
Estimated timelines:
- Production: 2 to 5 business days
- Delivery to France: 3 to 7 business days after production
- Delivery to Europe: 5 to 10 business days after production
- International delivery: 7 to 15 business days after production
These estimates are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
If an order has not been received within 30 days, the customer may contact Maison Orvane to request cancellation and a full refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from their purchase, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, send an email to maisonorvane.help@gmail.com including your order number.
The product must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached — within 14 days of notifying us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.
Article 7 — Defective Products
If a product arrives defective, including a printing error, incorrect item, or damage during transit, contact us at maisonorvane.help@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Maison Orvane will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including applicable return shipping costs.
Article 8 — Legal Guarantees
Products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial return or refund policy offered by Maison Orvane.
Article 9 — Liability
Maison Orvane shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, failure to follow care instructions, or force majeure events.
This limitation does not affect any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Article 10 — Intellectual Property
All content on maisonorvane.com — including designs, text, photographs, logos, graphics, and other visual elements — is the property of Maison Orvane or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
Article 11 — Personal Data
The handling and protection of personal data are detailed in the Privacy Policy available on maisonorvane.com.
Article 12 — Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with Maison Orvane, customers may use an applicable consumer mediation service in accordance with French law.
The relevant mediator and their contact details will be provided where legally required.
Article 13 — Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected where required by applicable law.
Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable French and European law.
