Preamble
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on maisonorvane.com, operated by Maison Orvane. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Article 1 — Products
All products are printed on demand. Each item is manufactured after order confirmation by a third-party production partner. Product images on the site are accurate representations, though slight colour variations may occur between screens and the final product.
Article 2 — Pricing
All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated on the product page. Maison Orvane reserves the right to update prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

The ordering process is as follows:

An order becomes binding upon receipt of the confirmation email. Maison Orvane reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or unresolved prior disputes.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is processed at the time of order via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.
All transactions are secured through Shopify Payments and SSL/TLS encryption.
Article 5 — Production & Delivery Times
Each product is manufactured to order after payment confirmation.
Estimated timelines:

Production: 2 to 5 business days

Delivery to France: 3 to 7 business days after production

Delivery to Europe: 5 to 10 business days after production

International delivery: 7 to 15 business days after production
These estimates are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
If an order has not been received within 30 days, the customer may contact Maison Orvane to request cancellation and a full refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from their purchase, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, send an email to maisonorvane.help@gmail.com including your order number.
The product must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached — within 14 days of notifying us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.
Article 7 — Defective Products
If a product arrives defective, including a printing error, incorrect item, incorrect size shipped, or damage during transit, contac
