Maison Orvane ships to mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and internationally.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are made to order. Estimated timelines include both production and shipping:

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. You can follow your package directly through the tracking link provided.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and depend on the regulations of the destination country. Maison Orvane has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to the sender due to non-collection, an incorrect or incomplete address, or another issue attributable to the customer, Maison Orvane will contact the customer by email.
Reshipment may be arranged at the customer's expense.
