14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind, no reason needed.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original or equivalent packaging
- Accompanied by the order number
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) concerned
- The reason for return (optional but helpful)
You will receive return instructions and the return address by email.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, via the original payment method.
Defective Product or Order Error
If your product arrives damaged, with a print defect, or if you received the wrong item:

- Include clear photos of the issue
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — return shipping included
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or style, return the item and place a new order.
